1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OutreachAll ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

OutreachAll is an AI-powered email campaign platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage email outreach campaigns
• Discover business contacts via third-party data providers
• Generate AI-powered personalized email content
• Track campaign delivery and performance analytics
• Automate follow-up email sequences

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Register using a valid Google account
• Provide accurate profile information (name, company, job title)
• Maintain the security of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You must NOT:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails to individuals who have not given consent
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or other applicable email regulations
• Upload purchased, rented, or scraped email lists (contacts are sourced exclusively through our platform)
• Send emails containing malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Use the Service for any illegal activities
• Circumvent sending limits, abuse prevention mechanisms, or other platform safeguards

5. Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your email campaigns comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
• General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR (European Union)
• CASL (Canada)
• Other local and international email and data protection regulations

All emails sent through our platform include an unsubscribe link. Recipients who unsubscribe are automatically added to a global suppression list and will not receive future emails from your campaigns.

To protect email deliverability and recipients, campaigns are automatically paused if they exceed a 2% bounce rate or 0.08% spam complaint rate. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate personalized email content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is a draft that requires your review and approval before sending
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content sent through the platform
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, bias, or inaccuracies
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OutreachAll and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service, including email templates, campaign materials, and saved prompts.

8. Payment and Credits

OutreachAll operates on a credit-based model. You receive one free campaign credit upon registration. Additional credits are available as one-time pack purchases:

• All purchases are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Charges will appear on your statement as "KEETCODE"
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; tax is calculated at checkout based on your location
• Campaign credits do not expire while your account is active
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

8.1 Refund Policy

Unused campaign credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been partially or fully used are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at the email address below.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Use or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Sending spam or generating excessive bounce/complaint rates
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform
• Any conduct we reasonably deem harmful to other users, recipients, or the Service

Suspended accounts cannot send campaigns or access platform features. We will notify you of the reason for suspension where possible.

9.1 Account Deletion by You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can restore it by logging in. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Unused campaign credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:

• Campaign recipient data is automatically deleted 90 days after campaign completion
• Email body content is deleted 180 days after sending
• All data is hosted in the European Union
• You may exercise your GDPR rights at any time

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTREACHALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to OutreachAll in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OutreachAll and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Email content you create or send through the platform
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
